If you submit a record request, we shall use the personal information you supply to be able to reference, by name, a patient in hospital and notify the patient, by name, the person who issued the request. We do this to make the service feel more personal to the patients listening. By supplying your email, it allows us to send you an email confirming when your submitted request has been played. The information submitted by this form is saved to a secure database and can be used to collect statistics about our most requested songs. Personal Data associated with the request is stored for 1 month after submission. If you wish for your personal information to be removed from our database after submission, please email webmaster@royalfreeradio.co.uk and we will be happy to do so.

If you submit an application to volunteer with us, the information supplied is required for us to determine your appropriateness for volunteering with us. We may use this information to reply to your application either via email or via phone. You are not required to share your full address information with us, the use of your postcode is to determine your proximity to our studios. Other information, such as employment status will be used as reference to understand how much time you can commit to the charity. The information submitted by you on this form is saved to a secure database for our reference.
