Royal Free Radio is on the air 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This page gives you our schedule of programmes for the whole week. Every day, apart from Saturday night, there is a Request programme for you to choose your own music. If you know someone in Chase Farm, North Mid or The Royal Free Hospital you can make a request for them by clicking here.

Friday's suppertime selection comes to you across the wards of Chase Farm, North Middlesex and Royal Free hospitals with a great mix of oldies and modern music. Friday's edition of the Four Fascinating Facts from the Fact File is between 6 and 7 pm. The weekend warm up to the Fabulous Friday night request show.
8pm - 9pm
Join me at 8pm for your requests and dedications plus a bit of rock, music from the shows and films, the long one (a track over 6 minutes in case you're wondering) , some tracks from my eclectic album collection that goes back a long way (50 years or so), a bit of a laugh, a story in a song, an instrumental track every now and then. I may also occasionally go off on a tangent and do a themed show so listen in.
9pm - 10pm
Join me again after 9 for More Requests and look at some anniversary oldies (no we're not talking about Jeff and myself,) but songs which made number one on this day both in America, and here in the UK, we also take a look at some artists who are blowing out the candles on this day and playing some of their classic tunes plus we have the rock diary of music events that happened on this day and not forgetting the Slumber Selection featuring two legendary Love Tracks.
