Every day, apart from Saturday night, there is a Request programme for you to choose your own music. He'll listen to personal stories of individuals dealing with a condition they, or a family member or friend, have. Don't miss the regular feature about the unsung heroes of the NHS and many practical lifestyle tips.

Friday's suppertime selection comes to you across the wards of Chase Farm, North Middlesex and Royal Free hospitals with a great mix of oldies and modern music. Friday's edition of the Four Fascinating Facts from the Fact File is between 6 and 7 pm. The weekend warm up to the Fabulous Friday night request show.

Join me at 8pm for your requests and dedications . I am bringing back some old favourites like the connect four re-jigged with a couple more tracks, long one, showtime, songs or themes from the films, also a bit of comedy and occasionally two different songs with the same title. But whatever is going on in the program your requests and dedications take priority over everything else and will be aired ASAP during the show.
