Royal Free Radio is on the air 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This page gives you our schedule of programmes for the whole week. Every day, apart from Saturday night, there is a Request programme for you to choose your own music. If you know someone in Chase Farm, North Mid or The Royal Free Hospital you can make a request for them by clicking here.

Ken Anton with an hour of the old favourites from the golden age of music. Mainly from the 1940s and 50s, but also older and newer too. Featuring the Crooners, the Swooners, Dance Bands, Easy Listening, Big Bands, Jazz and Swing.

This is where we serve up Sunday afternoon's fusion of timeless music, spanning cherished Gold Classics to today's favourite tracks. Don't miss our INFODESK segment, which follows the news at the start of every hour, you'll get a quick, informative update on stories unfolding across town. Plus, stay tuned for captivating brief segments including entertaining stories behind London's Tube station names, Hospital news and Charity Affairs.

Andy acts as the warm up artist for Clare and David's request programmes. Tune in for a wide variety of music, the Four Fascinating Facts from the FactFile, Rock Heaven just after Seven and see if you can crack the Quick Movie Quiz just after 7:30pm.

Clare presents the first hour of the request programme, usually full of requests collected by Alan from patients in Chase Farm Hospital. If there's any spare time, you are likely to hear Clare's Quiz, a wide range of music and a look ahead at the weather for the week.

Join me on Sunday nights live in the studios with all your requests and dedications, plus all the latest news and information for patients in the Royal Free, Chase Farm & North Mid. I'll be bringing some of those Forgotten 45s you don't hear on the radio these days (except here!) or may never have heard before plus an Instrumental Interlude.
