Royal Free Radio is on the air 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This page gives you our schedule of programmes for the whole week. Every day, apart from Saturday night, there is a Request programme for you to choose your own music. If you know someone in Barnet, Chase Farm, North Mid or The Royal Free Hospital you can make a request for them.
We hope you enjoy the diverse range of music and programmes we offer. Our goal is to make your time in the hospital a bit brighter and help the hours pass more quickly.

Andy acts as the warm up artist for Clare and David's request programmes. Tune in for a wide variety of music, the Four Fascinating Facts from the FactFile, Rock Heaven just after Seven and see if you can crack the Quick Movie Quiz just after 7:30pm.

Request ShowClare Scarff
Clare presents the first hour of the request programme, usually full of requests collected by Alan from patients in Chase Farm Hospital. If there's any spare time, you are likely to hear Clare's Quiz, a wide range of music and a look ahead at the weather for the week.

Join me on Sunday nights live in the studios with all your requests and dedications, and all the latest news and information for patients in the Royal Free, Chase Farm & North Mid. I'll be playing some of those Forgotten 45s you don't hear on the radio these days (except here!) and some you may never have heard before, plus Flip-A-45... the B-side of a hit single, and an Instrumental Interlude at 9.30pm!
